Religion and Immobility for Change Women in Mosques

The crises of change affect many large bodies of religions in the world. Some more adapt for change than others though. The Roman Catholic church as an example was able to adapt by implementing some minor changes through different Vatican councils. The role of women in the Catholic church remains a surmounting block. There is actual body in the Roman Catholic church that is responsible for studying issues and recommended change.
In the world of Islam there is no such thing. This can be considered as double edge source. On one hand if there exists an authority for studying the issues and recommending changes that can be dangerous if such authority is manipulated by secular corrupt controlled governments in Muslim countries or foreign powers who are not Muslims but want to impose changes on the Islamic practices.
So in Islam there is some delightful chaotic conditions that will prevent this from happening.
After this monologue one goes straight to the main topic of concern here and that is the role of women mosques in mosques. It is very serious problem the lack of women participation in mosque Friday congregational prayers in most mosques in the Islamic world. It will take unbelievable courage and great risk if a Muslim leader or scholar to come directly and advocate women presence in Friday prayers on a large scale of equal to the men.
This may pose danger to him, hopefully not. Under such circumstances this person may lose or stripped of his job. This is the problem demonstrated as the lack of sensing the need for change and acting upon to stimulate change. This is Islam mass immobility.
Muslim Women can not afford any longer to stay home and not participate in religious life as equal and of same presentation as men. Muslim women should demand an equal presentation. How to move in this direction is the problem. However, for Muslims living in the Americas and Western Europe they should move in this direction displaying more courage.
