Clarence Thomas The Ruthless Floundering Judge
Judge Clarence Thomas did not show any brilliance academically and never the less he was nominated and consequently appointed as a supreme court judge by president George Bush the 41. Clarence Thomas is not conservative per-se because he does not have any judicial philosophy but rather is a ruthless and cruel judge whose heart is made of stone, no doubt about it. He is floundering in all American civil libertines including freedom of speech, police power and limiting the government excesses to name some. Judge Clarence Thomas never was probed on his judicial scholarly knowledge during his confirmation in the senate in contrast to the earlier nominee judge Bork who was grilled very thoroughly. His margin of confirmation approval in the senate was one of the lowest. Judge Clarence Thomas was selected by then president Ronald Reagan as the chief of EEOC, Equal Employment Office Commission, a branch of the justice department to put a lid and squash a tide of civil right discrimination case...
