The California, Orange County Judge Ronald C. Kline was sentenced to 27-month prison sentence for the possession of child pornography on his personal computer. He collapsed in the court when he heard this sentence. This judge career was ruined by such an over reaching unjust law. The legislators by acting such laws are allowing the government to invade private homes. As long no harm was done to any one or any child judge Ronald C. Kline should have received such prison sentence. Only what he needed was to enroll into group therapy program for say a year and perhaps to be put on probation. On the other hand to combat this outrageous child pornography problem lies in law enforcement authorities to go very aggressively against those producers and all the evils who are involved in it. Those are the ones who should be prosecuted and sentenced to very harsh prisons not to such judge who just needed sociological therapy.
