During 1993 when the Kosovar Albanian Moslems were driven out of their villages and towns and Serbia strong man Slobodan Milosovic was in hurry in the process of throwing them out of the borders to no where the country of Egypt cared much less. Perhaps, in rare occasions a few very cryptic news agency item about some diplomat met another about Kosovo, like Kosovo was some moon in distant planet.
