Wall Street headed for a moderately higher open Tuesday, regaining its upward momentum ahead of a fresh round of readings on the service sector, factory orders and pending home sales.

Hickma said to look out for a company called Orexigen Therapeutics (OREX), which, he said, is coming out this week or next with the first data on late-stage results of a weight-loss drug.
