Sherifview Poem Rainy and Thunder Night
When the sun sets
and say farewell for the day
when the dark heavy clouds
had gathered obscuring the stars
when the chill fills the air
an ominous mystery feeling
batters the soul
the elusive quietness may not last
a loud thunder rocks the ground
the heavy rain bangs on the roof
the rain drops tabs the window
the arcs of light illuminate the sky
the serenity of the place has shattered
the nature now speaks in fury
it is show of might
the night choreographs
this nature drama
when the fury subsides
and it is all over
the morning will come
with sunshine and peace
and say farewell for the day
when the dark heavy clouds
had gathered obscuring the stars
when the chill fills the air
an ominous mystery feeling
batters the soul
the elusive quietness may not last
a loud thunder rocks the ground
the heavy rain bangs on the roof
the rain drops tabs the window
the arcs of light illuminate the sky
the serenity of the place has shattered
the nature now speaks in fury
it is show of might
the night choreographs
this nature drama
when the fury subsides
and it is all over
the morning will come
with sunshine and peace
