Does John McCain Have an Ability To Grasp n-Dimensional Issues?

The question is does the Republican presidential candidate John McCain Ability posses the ability to grasp n-Dimensional Complex issues and understand it thoroughly or he does not have such ability and mixes things up. John McCain has a great mix about the drastic change in the attitudes of the Sunni tribes in Iraq Al-Anbar away from the so called Al-Qaeda and into alliance with the American forces. He totally misses the time line and mixes it with the so called “Surge”.
