Islam Sholars Al-Shafii - Al-Maliki - Al-Hanbali and Abu-Hanifa Do Not Help In Our Times

Moslems do not understand that the school of Sunni thoughts or jurisprudence Al-Shafii - Al-Maliki - Al-Hanbali and Abu-Hanifa do not help much in our times to solve the myriad of problems that define our new life with its complexities and intricacies. There are new challenges and concepts that never have existed at these distinguished and scholars in times. The issues they have addressed are extremely deficient in addressing the urgent modern times and drastic social changes through industry, corporate and business environment that had occurred. These school of thoughts are very much focused on marital and family matters including the husband and wife relationships such as marriage and divorce. Their judgment may not fit our times.
Most Moslems live now as minorities in different countries or in their countries under secular rulers or systems. The rules of sharia may not apply in such cases and the rules of the countries they live in are forced on them whether they like it or not.
So fresh thought should be introduced by courageous open minded Muslim scholars.
