Poor Koran (Quraan) Translations Will Creat Hatred Towards Islam

Poor translation of Islam holy book Al-Koran (Quraan) will lead unfortunately to hatred Translations towards Islam. Imagine till now the difficulties of the translations of different Koran Suras into plain English that the common people will understand. A common difficulty is the translation of one verse that commands Moslems not to rely on Christian and Jews in trying times as in wars when the destiny of Moslems is at stake which can be understandable when no risk to be taken for a chance. It is commonly quoted as"do not take friends who are Christians or Jews which is totally erroneous. Such translation will lead diffidently to hatred towards Islam and Moslems. The same in Holland when a parliamentarian from an extreme right wing nationalist party called to tear down half the Quraan for advocating violence. Most probably he had a bad translation of Quraan from Arabic into Dutch.
Koraan is commonly attacked by haters that it contains lot of killing commands. That is true but only it applies during a battle. Since Islam forbids killing other human beings it gives the exception for a war of self defense.
As a conclusion Moslems through out the world should double and quadruple efforts to have accurate translations of Al-Quraan into all different languages in the world this should not be done in a half hazard way.
