It is imperative that the planned 2007 Tax Rebates should include the low income retirees. They are struggling to go by to pay their bills and hardly can keep their heads above the water. These seniors lived their lives serving their economy and earned abusive sub-standard wages. Any rebates will be spent immediately on paying bills. The rebates who have high income up to $150,000 a year for couple will go for saving which will not stimulate the economy as such.
