Drastic Measures Is a Must To Cut Fuel Consumption

It is high time for Mr. George W Bush to come on with a concrete plan to cut the fuel consumption in this country. Drastic measures are needed including more incentives for hydrogen cars. Also heavy taxes on low mileage consumption cars. All this need to be in the front burner.
