Wars Are Instruments of Human Civilization Progress

Wars historically and invasions of one group of people to others people lands were un-intended instruments for human civilization development and progress. When some society was very stagnant and stand still new ideas were introduced and planted through being invaded from other people. The fact is that mixing and enriching of cultures were the results of wars, invasion, migration and occupation.
