Turkish Iraqi Border Neutral Zone

Fighting rebels in mountain sanctuaries by definition has no end and the Turkish authorities should realize that. What the Turkish needs to do is to have their troops away from the border where The Kurds can make quick and daring attacks and run into hiding. This no win situation for Turks. A Turkish-Iraqi border neutral zone may be more prudent. As long as Turkish troops are stationed near the border or patrolling near the borders they will be trapped and in the mean time they will be offering great opportunity for Kurdish militia to attack and kill how many they can afford to. This is the stark reality. The Turks if they are at a distant they can reverse the roles and can attack the Kurds if they cross the borders into Turkey and then return quickly back into basis farther secured away from the border and secured from the Kurds gorilla menace. So the lesson for Turks do not patrol near the border. Saving lives of troops should be of main consideration.
On the northern Iraqi side hundred million dollar fund should be designated to depopulate 5 miles or so strip from all civilian population and get resettled further south. As long as this Kurdish village s near the borders they will provide sanctuary for Kurdish guerrilla incursions into Turkey territory.
