The Military Trials of Gitmo is Compromised
The Military Trials of Gitmo is unfair. It is compromised by the fact that the military judges are intimidated by their superiors and concerned about their careers. Case of point is the military trial of Hamadan the Yemeni car driver for Al-Qaadea one finds the navy officer who acted as one of his defense team has his navy career truncated and was pushed out in early retirement.
