Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and Columbia Lee Bollinger
To start with Mahmoud Ahmedinejad the president of Iran had tremendous courage to agree to deliver a speech in front of over crowded auditorium of students and faculty at Columbia University, New York City. The president of Columbia Lee Bollinger was unfair calling him a petty dictator for the matter brushing aside the fact that Ahmedinejad was democratically elected by a majority of voters running against a well known multi-millionaire mullah by the name of Rafsanjani. He won with the help of the poor voters and low income class. In America the poor and low income voters are ignored and amount to little. Mahmoud Ahmed Nejad has a Ph.D. in transportation engineering, but never he shows-off and brag about it or call himself Dr. Mahmoud Ahmedinejad. He is also a university professor. Academically, he ranked 146 out of 400,000 in the high school exit examination. So he is brilliant and intelligent. It was unfortunate that the very pointed questions designed for Mahmoud Ahmed Nejad was never addressed to him and only few selected students questions were posed. They were easily deflected, skirted around or he avoided giving specific answers.
