Killing In Koraan Is During The Battle

Killing in Koraan is only during the battle or during the warfare and only for the enemy combatants who are engaged in fighting. Koraan the holy book of Moslems forbids the killing of other human beings the general exception is in the battle field. Lot of detractors of Islam use the passages of Quraan that calls for killing the unbelievers, infidels or kafirs as a call for killing of non-Moslems. This can not be further from truth. Moslems are not permitted to kill non-moslems because as such. Islam values human life that God has created and its destruction is against God and disrespect, however, God does not allow that Moslems to be attacked or their homes be attacked without fighting back and therefore the verses in Koraan that calls for killing the infidel is not a general one or a carte Blanche for killing but only for fighting the enemy during the battle. So the quoting of Quraan to make a point that Quraan or Islam calls for killing the non-moslems is completely false. Moslem religion is not a pacifist that will allow others to attack without Moslems fight back and slay the ones who want to slay them. This is the case through history till our time. Islam is more noble because it forbids killing of the women, children or non-combatant elderly, neither the destruction of their property, trees, plants or their cattle or animals.
