Indeed he succeeded in alienating and bruising many other people, groups and followers of other religions including his own. He designated the Christian Orthodox church as a wounded one. For the evangelicals and main stream protestants they are not even in his radar screen. In less than two years this German-born Pope he reversed the course of his predecessor Pope John Paul II.
