Bosnia and Iraq Clinton and Bush

Nothing can be world apart like Clinton and Bush handling the conflicts in Bosnia and Iraq. For Clinton he was able to stop the sectarian trilateral fight between the Serbs, Croats and Bosniacs through the historic Dayton agreement. One of the important provisions of this agreement called for the return of the displaced internal refugees from each ethno-religious group to their original perspective place and to reclaim their properties. Under George W Bush Iraq got torn into pieces and massive refugee problem along ethno-religious resulted in a million displaced person; all under George W Bush helmet and watch. Talking about Clinton and Bush performance is like talking about the difference of day and night. In conclusion Bush can only start conflicts which get progressively worse and he gets stuck in the mud and can not resolve it. In the mean time million Iraqi refugees who lost their homes at the hands of George W Bush keep wandering and roaming the desert of Iraq and fleeing to neighboring countries if they have a chance. This is a study in contrast between Clinton and Bush and how the history pages will judge them.
